One week after being released from rehab, Lindsay Lohan has been arrested for DUI again.

She was busted this morning after a rumored car chase, in which she was reportedly chasing another car. But, that hasn't been confirmed yet. If it's true, it's weird. She also had cocaine in her pockets.

Why don't these starlets have drivers? Doesn't seem like it would be all that expensive and it would prevent them from having mugshots like this one.
